As the weather cools down, spice up your day with this Vanilla Chai Protein Shake!

Ingredients:
1 Cup Milk (low-fat or non-dairy)
Ice
⅓ Cup Strong Brewed Black Tea, Chilled
¼ TSP Vanilla Extract
¼ TSP Cinnamon
¼ TSP Cardamom
¼ TSP Cloves
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 TBSP Chia Seeds

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until combined. Pour into a glass
