Lemon Dill Salmon

Ingredients

4 salmon filets
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup lemon juice
1 Tbsp dried dill weed
¼ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place salmon filets in a gallon Ziploc bag
In a small mixing bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt and pepper to make a marinade
Pour marinade in the Ziploc bag, move salmon around until they are well coated with the marinade
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
Heat 1 Tbsp of olive oil in a medium skillet over medium high heat
Once pan is hot, place salmon in the skillet and cook each side for 3 minutes or until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°
