Kale Chips
Ingredients
- 1 bundle/bag of kale
- Olive oil
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Wash and dry kale, removing any thick stalks and tearing up into bite size pieces. Spread out kale pieces in a single layer. Spray or lightly drizzle kale with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste, and bake for 7-10 minutes or until crisp and enjoy!
*Be careful, for kale can burn really quickly!
