Healthy Recipe: Mango Guacamole
This Mango Guacamole is sweet, savory and adds in a special ingredient for a creamy protein boost.
Ingredients:
2 Avocados
¾ Cup Plain Fat-Free Greek Yogurt
1 TSP Fresh Lime Juice
½ TSP Garlic Powder
½ TP Salt
½ Cup Chopped Mango
¼ Cup Red Onion
2 TBSP Chopped Fresh Cilantro
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine avocado, yogurt, lime juice and seasonings. Mix until mostly smooth and then stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
