Chocolate Peppermint Protein Shake Recipe

You can try this idea with other protein shakes, too. For example, make a pumpkin pie protein shake using pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice, a banana-flavored shake with banana extract, or a strawberry protein shake by adding sugar-free strawberry jam. Ingredients:
- 1 single-serving packet of Bariatric Fusion Chocolate Protein Powder
- 8 fl oz low-fat milk of your choice (e.g., skim, unsweetened almond)
- 4-6 ice cubes
- ⅛ tsp peppermint extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- Sugar-free whipped cream (optional)
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve. Optional: top with sugar-free whipped cream.
