Baked Apple Chips

Ingredients
- 2 apples of your choice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 225° F
- Wash and dry the apples
- Core the apples and then slice apples horizontally as thin as possible to form rings. Or slice the apple horizontally first and then remove the core from each slice
- Put the apples slices in a bowl with the cinnamon and mix until the apple slices are evenly coated
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Place the apple rings on the baking sheet in a single layer with some space in between each
- Bake for 1 hour. Then flip each slice and bake for another hour or until desired crispness is reached
