My self-confidence is much higher and I feel so much healthier! I am more willing to go out and enjoy life more instead of being self-conscious about the way I look! I can remember so many times I would turn down invitations for social activities because I knew I would hate the way I looked in a bathing suit or I would be uncomfortable dressing up, but I no longer have to worry about that!

I am excited to maintain my weight and continue getting in to the best shape of my life! Exercise is much more enjoyable now, and I love working towards the best version of myself.  Before surgery, I had so much foot pain. It made exercising such a struggle. I no longer have any pain in my feet! My anxiety is at an all time low, I’m not on any medication for it anymore!

Since my surgery I feel like the relationships in my life have gotten even better! I have more confidence and I am overall a happier person and that has made such a difference in my marriage! I’m able to do more with my kids and I feel like I’ve made great strides for my health and my future!
