Story: My wife and i decided it was time to do something about our health. I was a two sport college athlete and let life get the best of me. I was diagnosed with diabetes and high blood pressure at 35 years old. My highest weight was 301 lbs and my wife was an RN and on her feet 12 hrs a shift at 367 lbs.
