“Why did I wait so long? Best thing I’ve done for myself. I’m thrilled with the results. I’m surprised I don’t have a lot of loose skin either. I walk at least 3 miles a day to keep it off and stay accountable. Only thing I don’t like is waiting to drink for 1/2 hr after eating & I miss my carbonated Pepsi.
