I have battled with my weight since I was in the first grade and already weighed 100 pounds. I tried every major diet plan out there throughout the years. I would lose some but then stall and eventually regain. I have two beautiful children and I found myself unable to do physical activities with them such as going to the zoo and walking around. My girls deserved more from me. I wanted to be the mom they deserved that could keep up and be active with them.

Dr. Snow changed my life. I am more grateful than words can begin to express. I now go to CrossFit, I ran my first mile without stopping in my entire life and my family went to the zoo and I wasn’t even winded walking around all day.

The day I realized I lost 100 pounds was the most amazing feeling, I had my oldest take photos of me with numbered balloons so I could forever commemorate what that moment felt like. I am so happy and I feel so great. I never knew it would be better than my dreams.
