Slow Cooker Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal
Ingredients
1 cup oats
3 ½ cups water
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1-2 tablespoons honey (or a preferred sugar substitute)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low for 8 hours. Wake up to the comforting scent of pumpkin spice and enjoy your ready-to-eat breakfast!
