Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake
Ingredients:
1 Frozen Banana
½ Cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
½ Cup Pumpkin Puree
¼ TSP Cinnamon
¼ TSP Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
½ Cup Milk (low-fat or non-dairy)
½ TSP Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Ice
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender. Mix until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
