Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip
Love indulging in French onion dip, sour cream and onion dip or ranch? Well, here’s a guilt-free
twist for you– a low-fat, high-protein version of these classic dips that lets you enjoy the
incredible taste with fewer calories.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 3⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir together all of the ingredients.
- Serve with fresh cut vegetables or spread on a sandwich. Store in the refrigerator for up
to three days.
*** If you’re in a hurry and sodium isn’t a concern, you can even swap this recipe for a ranch dip
mix and add a few teaspoons of Greek yogurt!
